METHOD:

- Preheat oven to 220ºC (200ºC for fan assisted ovens)/450ºF/Gas Mark 7
- Empty into a large mixing bowl:
the chocolate muffin mix
1 medium egg
120ml (4 fl.) cold water
½ sachet of the Dark chocolate chips
- Mix briefly with a spoon to form a lumpy batter.
- Separate the muffin cases out onto a muffin pan or baking tray.
- Divide the muffin evenly between the cases.
- Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 15-18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Melt the Mars Bar in a bowl over simmering water.
- Place a scoop of ice cream on top of the muffin.
- Drizzle the melted Mars Bar over the ice cream muffin.
- Decorate with the remaining Dark chocolate chips.
