Jane Asher Fruity Sponge

You will need:


Ingredients:
Jane Asher Victoria Sponge Mix
Tin of fruit pie filling

 

METHOD

Please note that cooking appliances may vary. These instructions are given only as a guide.

Preheat oven to 200 °C (180°C for fan assisted ovens) /400°F/ Gas Mark 6.

  1. Open the tin of fruit and place into an ovenproof dish
  2. Make up the sponge following the instructions on back of pack.
  3. Top the fruit with the sponge and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sponge is golden and firm.
  4. Serve hot with custard or ice-cream.
